Every day is a slow day at work for me and it's been like that for some time now. Having very little work worries me more than being overloaded.
I'm curious how many of you have faced this problem?

Yeah time to leave so I can take your spot.
Work is slow because we are bogged down with reworks. We haven't shipped a product in a very long time. New hires are based on identity instead of skills. Undisciplined, lazy, entitled and inexperienced workers hired by this recently "woke" company has resulted in products that don't work. The company is in decline because of id--tic management choices. Time to leave.
