Fidelity only uses the pulse survey against us. It doesn’t matter.
This is what fidelity does. Shuffle, shuffle, shuffle the leadership around all in an attempt to appease…..someone within the firm. Whoever it is is very lucky but may also be absolutely miserable. Maybe one day all the employees will see the game that is Fidelity.
