There are no bonuses or promotions being given out to my team, only more signals that more job losses are on the way. Read the other thread in regards to job description changes for SEs and upcoming job losses...

Horizon used to be up there near the top spot near citrix. Its not even in the top 5 now. That's the damage done in one year and should tell you all you need to know. Leave. The management have not even acknowledged titanic has hit the iceberg.
60%, I handed in my notice and I'm not the only one who did so. The management do not want their staff anymore because they only want A.I. It is what they are discussing on all the higher up meetings. Kyle was discussing how they plan to not replenish any staff to see how far they can go before things break. They see this period as a natural attrition by making things so bad for staff, they want to leave voluntarily. However, it is not working because the number of disgruntled customers and lack of staff is causing major issues and the products are more broken now than they ever were. R&D seem ill prepared to deal with the issues coming in too. The omnissa vision is top heavy management with A.I. doing most of the heavy lifting. You are not respected, wanted or valued so my advise is to find another position as it is better to find a position while you working than to find one after getting canned.
Your bonus is that when the job market recovers, you can leave and work at a company with a future in a growing segment of the tech sector. Omnissa is unsavable. It's all over.

Nope, I’ve asked my manager a few times and they don’t know yet. The fact the company is withholding the amount right up to the last minute suggests to me it’s not good news and they’re trying to limit the impact (the time people can moan for)
