So I am leaving CVX soon but have some great info and would be able to testify for another company who was hurt with the MARs pipeline contamination. Since I am not leaving with a package and will not have to sign anything to leave or get my pension why wouldn’t I reach out to the people who were damaged by CVX. How should I play this out? Oh by the way CVX cheated me out of over $50K of overtime pay so I am not real happy with that outcome either.

@zy, yea that's correct and it's one person manipulating the votes so that represents one person who disagrees with the OP. Not anything of significance.
@zj, the votes on this site have been manipulated for quite a while. You’ll notice the 2 posts with massive downvotes are the ones basically calling out OP for being a loser with an axe to grind.
Haven't seen a post getting as many downvotes as this in a while. Now I am beginning to wonder if there is a Downvoting Unit nestled in Engine or did CVX gotten a bot setup to downvote posts that hit a raw nerve.
@OP Don't let the trolling nancies get in your way. Do what's right.
I worked plenty of overtime and never got paid a dime. It is called working for a salary.
Anybody who lets the company “cheat” them out of $50k of overtime already has issues.
If you have information suggesting unethical conduct or a potential cover-up at Chevron, it’s important to report it. Consider reaching out anonymously to a reputable journalist or media outlet that covers the energy or health and safety sectors. It may also be wise to consult an attorney beforehand to ensure you’re protected.
Are we supposed to be outraged on your behalf or be excited you want to stick it to CVX? You sound like a poor performer that was finally kicked out the door and is now convinced they hold all the cards. Best of luck capitalizing.
Not without the lawfirms still watching. Did you think a DEI like you can point finger to blame someone else's mistake that you caused at th refinery? And did not even thought that surveillance cameras were not working? Did you think chevron security are the only one access to the camera's? Hahahahahaha you got another thing coming. This sure makes you DEI's look ridiculous. Play stupid games wins stupid prices. Have fun with that. Hahahahaha!
