How does one justify paying advertisement fees for open reqs right now?
To make the announcement they did and claim to be doing us a favor because they wanted to 'be transparent' then leave everyone hanging for nearly three weeks is awful. What made it worse was AT in Europe showing no real desire to hire/promote internally unless it's the cronies who just say yes while anyone with an opinion gets sidelined or just shouted at in open meetings - and then we all have to sit here and look at AT's posts travelling all over EMEA and having a great time with such a great team - How far down from the ELT do you have to come to find decent leadership??
haha - you think this LR is bad??? How about the cr-p that Twitter went through???? be blessed you weren't part of that
Barbara was cool. JC was just a bonafide D_I_C_K_H_E_A_D!
Maybe but maybe not. The company's first layoff in April 2001 might have been the biggest debacle of them all. JC was CEO & BB was the head of HR. She gave the company 4 months (!!) notice of the upcoming layoff which felt like an eternity. Rumor had it JC fired BB afterwards because it was so poorly managed. Last I'd heard she took over a luxury resort in the Bay Area.
Booo hooo hooo hooo … I’m crying at how sad you post was. You could have been on the ETL. Did you try?
In six months when many of you realize the job market is actually much worse than you've been told, think about all the money spent on Lizzo, Pink and other celebrities to entertain the ELT. Think how many jobs that would have funded.
I'm not sure what term to use for these people. They claim they support all kinds of things, social justice, equity and so on... but then their actions are outright evil.
Perhaps they think they can buy their way into "heaven" with donations to nice causes, even though their deeds are horrific.
Fran’s bank account says hi 🥳
