With cuts of staff, hiring freezes (yes, I used the f word which were never allowed to say out loud) and conflicting messaging from the top, how can HR an TA maintain it’s current staffing models? Furthermore, It’s absurd to market an organization to potential employees when we know our company is so unstable. How can you promote a company who has lost its direction, disoriented its culture and corrupted its sense of purpose? You can’t and you shouldn’t. And this hasn’t just happened…it’s been years in the making. We want to hire better but WE as a company need to BE better. No excuses or platitudes. 2026 should not be a continuation of 2023, 24 and 25.

@c3 in a country where you can have a 100 dollars a month and meet all your living expenses , having 250 a month plus bonus , plus other incentives, college reimbursement totally paid by the company, on site meals etc. This really shows how valued those employees are.
There’s been an absolute bloodbath in HR & TA over the past 3 years — slowly more and more hired overseas much cheaper or roles are given out to their RPOs to fill, which they own and are operated overseas. It’s all being outsourced. Our hr partner couldn’t even understand us talking so it was difficult to go to them with a language, culture and time zone barrier but I’m sure they were much cheaper.
The Filipino staff get $250 a month and the bonus is $15 in USD. But yes, you are right that is the future of the Org
There’s no hiring freeze in the Philippines. They are hiring in November . Giving lots of bonuses yearly and quarterly , along with incentives. It’s only Americans that they are replacing.
@b9 at some point, this type of misrepresentation becomes securities fraud. Perhaps the leadership shuffling is because of a few remaining ounces (or grams) of integrity.
Everyone in HR is a traitor to their species.
Not my experience - sure we could use more investments into our product and better pay and bonus. but I am happy and our surey tell us the same. This layoff site is filled with ex-employees trying to damage a strong org.
