As a whole, T is a cluster, but there’s bound to be some good leaders out there that actually care for their people. What are the worst orgs?

Any org under Eric Simpson is the worst. He’s incompetent and a s-xual predator.
On town hall was told it would be smart to get out of mobility and get into the fiber team.

EngOps. It’s bad now and about to get worse.
Any Org that has a hand in IoT! From their mismanagement of FTW to their no engineering degree managers (Liberal Arts, BA's or musician by trade) or their VP that says everyone has to move or leave except me. He stays in Missouri as a stand alone and syphons money to travel. Their losing their client base to the competitors! This Org has no future.
Sales. Quotas are reassigned by management to help the people they like, accounts are moved around like that as well. Sales support is non existent so as the account lead, it's all yours,....service, billing, escalations, pricing, contracts, installation....
The worst has to be mid markets. The biggest bogus has to be the folks parading in the product development and customer experience departments..

@dr false churn is still rampant. You either make the necessary connections for years and then jump Or come from outside and sink or swim. To swim, you find you have to partake in some BS or were involved in another telecom and bring those customers over.
Made the necessary connections after years and swimming, but stunts in last year have me looking elsewhere. We know it’s by design.

Leggs org for firing someone to not be in office but allowing someone to do be in non hub location and do remote.
Leggs is worst. They don’t care or don’t know who is doing good job. They justify fires saying they have video evidences and keep those who doesn’t do anything but spend time idle in office.
If one worked in the GLOBAL FRAUD MANAGEMENT ORGANIZATION in NEW JERSEY.....non management: stress, stress, quotas quotas and more micromanagement. Communication Workers of America labor union 1058 used to get many griviencies over the years. High rate of employees on sick leave..
All you have to do is look in Workday and see where all the job openings are constantly….. yep you guess it SALES…….. I don’t work there, but it doesn’t take a genius to realize there’s a huge turnover and you also have to wonder how we are getting all these sales numbers in the quarterly reports….. something smells bad to me.

Yep, a company that screams how broke we are but apparently they don’t mind paying Digital Techs to do Wire Tech work.
Any org whose management team is only out for themselves and lets pure talent go because of where they live. Pretty much all orgs because upper management has no heart. They don’t care. Please try to realize that. Get out and go be happy

I'll triple the statement on Chad Townes. He is a horrible person first, a worse leader second, and he is d$%& as a bix of rocks. Don't ask him tho, he will tell you exactly how great at everything he thinks he is!

I agree with the post about Business. Body cares about it and you will work like your in a sweatshop.
Probably Network (non-union roles) as they work everyone to death, lowest pay scales, huge responsibility, have the worst of everything, constant penny pinching, no connection awards or recognition. I’ve worked in other groups here and this one is the absolute worst.
Any Org tied to landline and voice. Closing the final Legacy SE experience teams we are left with people who could care Less about our SE customers. and going to leadership is useless because the company does not care about classic services.
