All the member-centric, one team/one dream and right care/right time/right place blather can pay the bills. But you realize what a charade it all really is after it resurfaces for the third or fourth time at the same starting point.
Doesn’t lend itself to fulfillment through meaningful work, that’s for sure.
This whole company exists to take payments from the Government. Which effectively means taking payments from taxpayers. Basically, members are paying to have a CHANCE at having their claims getting reimbursed, and IF the claims get reimbursed they're getting the money that was stolen from them returned. For this reason, I will continue to do the bare minimum. Humana basically owes me my money back.
How much of a vision or strategy can there be if we keep repeating what we did five10 and 15 years ago? We hear about successes but where’s the documented progress? Same BS, new laptop.
All a bunch of smoke and mirrors to keep the c suite and upper leaders employed. None of them deserve the pay they are making and the constant gaslighting and abuse just aren’t worth it to us peoons.
