U.S. employee, been on COBRA for a time after getting laid off. Heard nothing about open enrollment to continue coverage. CSG HR and COBRA admin no nothing about it. When is the open enrollment period this year?

COBRA only lasts so long. It's not indefinite. Check the COBRA docs you were provided when you were laid off.
Good luck. Unless you have access to an AI chat channel that's replacing all the folks who can get you answers, you're on your own. Even if you find a human, they probably aren't even in the same time zone, or they're a contractor who doesn't care.
