Anyone else unable to access the My Performance section of the HR portal to enter their year end comments?

As other poster said, they changed it. Originally year end was to start this week. Email went out last week that it was moved up. Also ratings are being asked for a bit earlier than normal.
My year end accomplishment is I began 5x RTO before January 2nd
My Year End Accomplishment is to master accessing the My Performance section of the HR portal.
The date got pushed back to Nov 24. The open period will be 11/24-12/5 which supports the Nov 20 layoff assumption
