anybody who unfortunately was LR know what the compensation is? we have still not been told if we are safe or not

They said they would announce now. And you would get 6 months from announcement date. And you have the option to work through dates (can’t remember which) in Feb or Mar to give people time to find a new role. But that time is inclusive of the 6 months. So effectively 6 months is around June 12
Usually it's something like 3 months of pay, a month of in lieu of pay, and a couple months of Cobra. They will also accelerate RSU's to the next vesting cycle and offer you job placement services. If you have more than 10 years of service you typically get an extra week or two of severance added to your package. I was LR's in 2017 and it was the best thing that ever happened to me. I wasted a decade at that place, thinking I was actually ki----g it. But I was really just ki----g my skill set. You have to sign the package after your manager calls you. I was in sales but on a shi**y team the company wanted to get rid of.
