Why are you committed?! Goldman, Wells, BoA, etc. All manage by the quarter. Short term profits over principles and people. They will ax you in a NY minute and have no commitment to people. So don't be committed. These are money grubbing Enterprises.

All large corporations are like this. It’s not unique to banking. You can work at a non-profit for more work/life balance, but you also worry about ongoing funding and the wages are much lower. It’s all about choices.
So then where do you go if you have been in the banking industry for almost 20 years?
