I don't understand why this company today generally protects bad employees, while at the same time has little or no respect for hard working people. I've been working here for a long time and yes, there were such cases before but they were rare. However, nowadays slackers are definitely doing better here than those who really care and do everything to save their jobs. Why is this happening? Where has the professionalism gone?

Same things happen in my area this week. New people been here less than two months. Just don’t go stores. Leave whole pallets still wrapped and put the time in like they worked it. All sitting there for the next person. Nothing happens. They can’t remember.
They forgot.
It’s a joke
Upper management has made it obvious for years that they dont appreciate reps. Proof is in raises.
It’s simple…because those that have been at mondelez a long time, they don’t have to worry about them leaving! Those that are new they don’t want to have to rehire for if they quit. Lazy management! Right now it’s not easy finding employees.
They let new hires hired get away with anything! Including not even going to stores where they have a delivery, then lying about it! As if we wouldn’t find out when the next person goes there and finds the whole delivery shrink wrapped and still sitting in receiving and having left a recap that the delivery went well and almost everything went up. Yeah right! Lazy RMS didn’t want to say anything cause they would have had to start over in the hiring process. They take people as long as they breathe. You can actually fail a pre employment dr-g screening and still get hired. Why screen to begin with?
