The more diversity checkbox’s you fill, the more your sign on bonus is.

I received a signing bonus when I joined as an experienced hire recently.

Citi does not offer signing bonuses for experienced hires. Depending on why you think you should be entitled to a lump sum of money, there is a prescriptive tool for that (offsetting bonuses, deferred comp, etc.) and a process for those.

You cant just say I want a signing bonus to accept an offer just because your friend got one from some other bank. Who do you think you are, Tom Brady?

Dont listen to these fools on the internet. Talk to your recruiter. Every position and department is nuanced.

No, there is no such thing as a signing bonus at Citi.

If you are waiting on a bonus to payout with your current employer, there are two options:

  1. Stay until you receive your bonus, then put in your notice.
  2. Negotiate a bonus guarantee for 2023 (payable January 2024)

They do if you negotiate, but it depends on position/how much they want you etc
