Some expectations from employees are really unrealistic. Even if I was paid more, I don't know how I could mentally and physically deal with those double or even triple workloads. However, Sams still expects us to meet these unrealistic expectations without increasing our payment adequately. Not sure what to call that style of management but it sure is very disrespectful. I used to put in a lot of effort, but over time I realized it's not worth doing anything more than the bare minimum.
