Any one exceeds?

I got exceeds and was promoted a couple months ago which came with a 20% pay increase. I know I won't have a merit increase but hoping my exceeds rating gets me a good bonus.
I have never received an overall exceeds. I work my hard, produce a lot but i am just not going to be someone that they want to promote. They can always find something to improve on and the people that have nothing to improve on and consistently exceeds expectations every year and not promoted well that is odd. Every year you have to do better then what you exceed last year and the year before.

I agree. With brevity being the soul of wit, the posts would be funnier if they were simply haikus.
I am hopeful I get at minimum a meets. This is the first year I don’t care what rating I get.
Got mine today and had to review in Workday. Exceeds at EOY for 2022, 2021 and 2020. In my LOB it's hasn't been difficult to attain.

I consistently exceed my inconsistencies.
wells fargo signed a big gov agreement
because bank gov dislike it vehement
the bank couldn't police
its own sales they fleece
fraud was the sale everyone maltreatment
Front line employees were blamed
Managers who fire no shame
five thousand in toto were fired
Blackmarked on list never rehired
The bank "few bad actors" it proclaimed
Executives said themselves not at fault
Gov hearings it took to wash out salt
It was Carrie Totldstat her pay
Depended on in full on this fray
Employees sales goals pole vault
And now she is facing Admin court
Prosecution she fight and she thwart
"I'll fight to the end" the proclaim
And now "maybe settle" is the claim

With my mgr, you have to lick, suck and slobber to get meets. It ain't worth it. So sick of favoritism. WF needs to hire objective mgrs bc there are way too many unprofessional ones here.
I did last year and was at that point at mid year. However… my bonus last year was only $2k more than the year before when I had a meets. If that happens again, effort goes down to a meets.

20% max of this team is 1 person and so that Exceeds honor was awarded to the co-worker who played up her 2 diversity check boxes, complete with a seal the deal to an Exceeds rating complaint to HR about the team manager.
Have not gotten mine, yet, but only brownies get exceeds.
Yes I got 2 months leave plus 42 weeks in severance. I call that exceeding. Money for nothing. Ha Ha Ha.

Had mine this week. Exceeds. Now let’s see if I actually get any money. We’ll all be lucky to keep our jobs at this rate.
