As far as I have noticed, BofA no longer strives to retain its institutional knowledge. There is more mediocrity than ever.

When loading the quarterly forecast my colleague once put in a loss figure that was larger than the market cap of the company. When told what they had done, said colleague pointed the finger at their manager saying they had told them what the number was supposed to be. Probably should have not said anything, as they were able to change it before anybody caught on. But the person was a chronic underperformer but our B3 refused to do anything because they were a D&I and didn't want to deal with HR.
If someone complains to the right level of management they’ll just let fraud slide because difficult customers are annoying them
Too many to count. But one of my favorites was when the Cuban macho man and the Irish drunk removed me mid-year from a certification class. All because I exited a fraudster client that represented 30% of the portfolio they gave me at the beginning of the year, then they put me on probation because the portfolio decreased by...you guessed it....30%. Stupid people tricks. Client ended up going to federal prison for financial crimes. Do the right thing, get hosed by Biff and Bonnie. Incompetent idiocy.

Drunk manager grabbing co-worker's kn-----s with both hands our team's holiday party and shouting "BO----S!!!"
To the HR's credit, he was terminated within about 7 business days.
Co-worker has barely participated for years, long before covid. Only appears online when he needs to take time off to notify the team in an OOO meeting request. Can't be counted on to deliver anything on time for his projects because he disappears so frequently. As a result gets little assignments.
This is starting to become a bigger pattern on the team recently and I don't see an end to it when it's announced the company will just let attrition handle naturally lowering head count. It's harder to swallow working nights and weekends because you're working your own projects and picking up the slack for others.
Being the only female on a team where the manager's idea of team outings/bonding was going to strip clubs after work.
He was (eventually) fired. (but not for that)

I could go on, but you get the point.
There is no longer a dress code. Everyday I pass by associates wearing club wear, brightly colored wigs, ripped clothing, etc.
