So at our club the managers push more work on us when others call off, and reprimand us if we don't finish our job. As I was heading to the restroom, my manager stuck her head out of the office and said "Why are not working" I had to use the restroom....really, so after, I looked in the office and 3 managers were just sitting and spying on us using the cameras while they were eating. I wish the MM would start spying on them, He's really nice and probably don't know what's going on, 3 associates called ethics but nothing has been done.

If your manager doesn't believe you, invite her to join you in the restroom. Don't forget to make loud grunting noises.
Sounds like 6407 managers get all pouty if you cant get 10 peoples work done in half the time it would take 20.
It's like that at most of them. I think my club is worse than most cause other stores in the market talk about how bad my store is. Ethics is a joke. All they will do is tell the mm who just tells the store manager. Store manager already knows and doesnt care.
