GSSO Changes and Layoffs

Will these happen at the same time as the rest of Cisco Sales at end on month?

We don’t have good security TSAs because honestly why would a good security engineer even consider working for Cisco?

The morale of TSAs is at an all time low since that SED has been in charge. No credibility out of him and all he wants to do is go to C2E and Agile TSA as he made clear from day 1 of his reign of dysfunction.

Layoffs not needed. Pooling is coming. MARK it down. It is starting slowly but a certain SED is only focused on pooling. This SED is going to push as many to leave as possible so he can go to pooling and hire more non-security people to lead the pooling. Take a look at a couple of his hires. He is a puppet for a VP of pooling.

There will be another round of LRs in all BUs. I am not trying to troll, I just found out it is very discouraging.

Those that are left will be pooled which has been goal of SED.

No the timing isn’t aligned perfectly. But you’ll hear about the new org structure which does away with PSSes for example
