When are MAP reviews supposed to occur? If there is another round, I assume it will be before, so they don’t have to pay out???

Layoffs today in EIS
MAPS usually done in Feb. Layoffs are before so that bonus is not paid.
What are MAP reviews?? I do believe that more people will either be laid-off or fired.
