Actually, that will be a pleasant escape to not be reminded how giving unskilled people freedom to make things up on the job turns out...Avaya marketing deletes all bad press, so few of you will read this. Yet they are criminal in their ridiculous smoke and mirrors (yet the ego driven clowns are fun to laugh at)
