Clinical Performance is part of OptumCare, part of OptumHealth. They work with Care Delivery (Optum owned clinics) on their quality, affordability, risk adjustment, etc. They have a lot of teams that do a lot of things with/on behalf of clinics.
Is clinical performance part of United vs Optum? Interesting. Wondering if they’re looking to combine Optum ECS and United and downsize a good 20% of the workforce?
I say we pass a virtual hat and everyone gets to nominate a person to be let go. Then winner is removed, keep repeating until the necessary target amount is hit.
Again??? How many reorgs does an organization need?
