My hybrid department are already in 2 days a week, going to 3 in April and just were told that there is no flex anymore, if you are not in office in your assigned days to be in office then you are on PTO, you cannot work from home on office days with HR accommodations period.
Yes, we are - had been only 2 days but started with 3 days this month (Jan 2023)
We begin RTO in June. My team is spread over several states with no two employees being in the same office. No team building going in here.
Come back yo the office for what? Waste time talking about other co workers??? What do these managers think we talk about when we are in the office?
I work in Ny/NJ office and my team was part of the MUFG UB acquisition. There are no USB offices in NY/NJ area to RTO.
Stay home, enjoy life, tell management to eat it.
Most of my floor is expected to be hybrid now. Overall I think more than half of us though are ignoring that "recommendation". I think it pretty much comes down to the type of manager you have, if they're not going to come to the office regularly it's hard for them to really dictate it as well. Luckily in my case my manager is pretty lazy and definitely staying home as much as he can
We are required, don’t have a choice. Our whole department is back.
I am hybrid, but I have not been back. Time will tell if I come to regret that.
No way Jose. First day back in the office and someone clogged up the toilet 🚽 💩 BAD. Nope, not coming in anymore.
