Nike is known for this. I’m in the middle and it sucks. Can’t Nike be honest? Likely will never happen. I’m so depressed and I feel beaten. I literally want to die.

You are more valuable than any company or brand. They won’t change, but you can change your environment. Even if it’s temporary or a step lower - it’s worth your mental health to get out.
Please take the advice from the other poster and reach out for help. Better days are ahead, you are worthy of it.
I'm sorry you are going through such a hard life and work period and struggling with sui-idal thoughts as a result. Nothing is worth your life, especially not this place.
