Me thinks you read WAY to much into emails from our supreme leader. He is LTTL over his head in burning our company to the ground. Peace out people
I’m a director at the company. Wow - just had this emailed to me in an “exit interview”:
"Oh yeah... yeah... I mean, most people hate it here, but to be honest it's because most people don't have as much fun as we did with Way while we were walking on eggshells and telling him how smart he was... you know... the vibe was still good because of what a good and stable leader he was. People have the wrong impression of him as this megalomaniac who makes $50 million decisions on a whim and doesn't care whose retirement fund he destroys doing it.
