I think we should give minimum possible on every question this time. I bet they will still show it better than last time.

@OP must be new to GF if they think Glint will make a difference
I stopped filling them out after pivot. Really no good can come from filling them out. If you are honest possible retaliation. And honestly nothing changes. There might be a mention of a change implemented for it only to revert back to way it was after a month or two. Usually it’s only small level internal issues within team. Absolutely no changes to agenda or protocols will occur. Never ever. We all know there are bigger procedural issues but these won’t change due to glint input even if overwhelming majority says something is wrong. If you “keep the peace,” - nothing changes or improves and management thinks everyone is happy and content.
I just ignore the reminders. The surveys are not mandatory or enforced. So just wait it out. It actually dings the management if they have lower or no participation in the surveys.
@ 1kJshxxM it’s good advice actually. Problem is, on my team you keep getting reminders until you fill them out. I’ve been holding my tongue for almost a decade to keep the peace but I don’t know how much longer I can do this.
They are not supposed to. He-l they aren’t suppose to know who wrote what. But it’s not hard for them to figure out. And there have been many cases of retaliation.
I suggest just not filling them out. It drives management crazy when people don’t fill them out.
If you are honest on these surveys, will managers find out and retaliate? What will happen to your manager if you give poor ratings and honest negative feedback?
If you’re on PIP, you’re safe. GF only kept the lickers, PIP’s and low paid folks. Hang in there GF is going to be much better soon!
What happens if you’re on PIP?
Best thing about life, is I no longer have to do those BS surveys.. it’s embarrassing and insulting to have to do those.
@2mqt+1kJshxxM & @7yvy+1kJshxxM
Are correct - be careful. I know of 3 different people over the years who were put on PIP due to Glint Survey responses.
Yet another example of system/program within GF infrastructure that is not truly what it seems.
@2mqt+1kJshxxM
This is true. Unfortunately.
Be careful about putting a low score on everything- if you like your manager but hate GF as a whole. GF uses GLINT as a metric on manager performance even though GLINT expressively say NOT to do that. You could sc--w your manager over if you put 1 on everything- though if you hate your manager, by all means.
Glint is meaningless for company like GF. Survey works where there is transparency, no bias , no racism , no politics , decisions based on merit.
You mean they had kept McKinsey instead of employees?
Do we know for sure there will be another glint survey with the new HR lead? Only email I've seen recently is about COMPASS with AIP & merit dates conspicuously missing from the timelines provided
You should always be honest on Glint survey unless you fear retribution from management.
