Rant ahead so move on if you don't want to read it.
With the significant zone differences, communication difficulties, lack of knowledge about regulatory compliance for US based banks, really bad coding, not too great work ethics (not everyone offshore just most ppl i work with) and just the overall lack of care or accountability...shouldn't there be some type of cap us based financial institutions have with offshoring staff? I am so sick of the issues that I have had to deal with lately and honestly just so over it
