I understand that losing your job is very stressful, especially when the economy is bad. However, it is possible to find a better job, I speak from experience. I recently left and I'm sorry I didn't go sooner. Losing your job doesn't mean you weren't a great employee.

Yes. Layoffs are usually knee jerk reactions and terminations are politically motivated. Not just at C1 but every where.
