District managers have been informed of who is losing their job. They have signed confidentiality agreements. Think about all the times your manager acted like everything was fine from now until March when you’re told you lost your job and they “just” found out.

Your thinking would be wrong. HR & legal will inform the DM's who will be affected.
I think there are some DM’s out there with some pull and say so on who stays and who goes on their team.
DM's have absolutely no say into who stays or goes. That's done above their pay grade.
Not only do DM's know who is staying and going, they have input who is on their teams. Don't let them fool you into thinking anything else.
There are a ton of ftow postings for Illinois on workday
They know .. go look at all of the full time positions they post on indeed ..
Whats going happen now that FTOW are being bonused on cph and revenue is excessive ordering and half attempts to run the deliveries to meet new expectations. CPH doesn't factor anything in outside of raw case count and hours worked. Such a joke.
With cph being bonus factor. Now
Expected people to started being coached out this is another way to start getting rid of people at cheap rate
No DM or RMS know who's staying or going. It's in the hands of HR and legal. They won't have a say in who stays or gets displaced.
Yea they know. They were building the new territories for months. The reps staying already received them before we found out who was being let go.
Yea they already know. Don't trust them at all. That's why. I'm only working my hours 32 holiday week 40or less reg week not giving them a minute more weather job done or not they mad as fu-k now Lol.
Yup seen this first hand twice before.
I experienced this first hand. My dm and rms played it off like everything was fine and dandy
