Thread regarding Thomson Reuters layoffs

A small advice

Instead of trying to do your best, thinking that you will increase your chances of keeping your job when the layoffs come, maybe it's better to put more effort into looking for a better job. There are still many who, despite everything, think that hard work will make their position safer. Obviously they still don't understand how things work around here?

Do enough to keep them happy but I agree with making time to find another job your real job.

I left earlier last year for 40k more and full remote. There are better opportunities out there do not hold yourself back and wait on a severance.
