It's always been 2 months pay, partial bonus, and a weeks psy for every year. Not sure why they are saying not the 2 months pay. Curious why they are not seeing that unless they were given 2 months to find a job.

In the UK, we get 1 months severance pay for every year we have worked (up to 12 years)

Thank you, it is an official WFR. No option to find something else, and, yes, I am in HR. When hiring slows, you don’t need as many in HR to manage all the movement.

1 week of severance per year of service, partial bonus, and assistance from an outside firm to assist with a new job. That’s it.

In HR, and I got the notice today. Last day is 2/10, and my manager said there were about 100 HR jobs impacted.

Tier 1, ENT ACQ, CORP ACQ - Core selling roles, TSR, DCSE, AEs, and speciality (DPS/UDS) head count is dropping. 70% YoY sellers are safe. Everyone else is on the block. Under 1 year in tenure = safe as well.
