Does anyone know how to find out if you’re capped out on pay scale?

If you are capped, you will recieve a lump sum for the pay raise amount.
I don’t thin the fe24 incentive plan is available on wire yet, but you can search wire for “FY23 incentive plans”. It’s there I looked yesterday. FY24 should be up in Feb sometime
