I used to put in as much effort as possible. Now... I don't even try anymore. I've noticed that others have less and less interest in keeping their jobs here as well. Or am I wrong?

Smoking weed while working, that sounds like more than quiet quitting LMAO… But OGS taking 2-3 to collaborate to get the task of one done, which is worse for OPTUM. The next time there is a critical deadline and most of OGS is on one of their many monthly holidays, I will care enough to chuckle!
