They fail to understand that the problem is not agile but bad requirements, the Product Owners are new, do not understand the business have no long term view and would not write user stories. All the Product work is being done by engineers. Also. engineers and data scientists do not work as one team. The Business and tech not working together for a common goal is the real problem.
