There's been some talk about it, but I can't find any confirmation of it.

Honeywell Connected Industrial (HCI) component of HCE notified their sales team that they are being let go. Also saw some LinkedIn posts from corporate IT folks in Houston who were let go.
Layoffs in SPS have affected at least Richardson and Columbus, Nanjing and Bangalore . Good people with a lot of work they were responsible for were affected. Managers seem to be caught unaware in some instances, and in others they are actively involved with HR.. Very difficult to understand how some of the choices were made.
HR must ensure RIFS are balanced in terms of race, age, and gender (identity). They publish a list to show there was no bias against any protected class.
Mgrs create a ranked list but HR makes final decisions.
I still can't understand why my director let the best go and kept the worst. It just does not make sense but I hear it is a similar story across all SPS.
It’s definitely not just bottom performers. Some of the individuals I know who have been let go are top notch and had plenty of work on their plate.
Some additional SPS/Intelligrated engineers in CZ/Brno
People were laid off at HCE this week
they provided an opportunity to put bottom performers in RIF units, went ahead and used the downturn and budget cuts as an excuse to bypass the PIP process
A bunch of Corporate IT people were let go from MP/ NJ since MP is no longer a Corp IT Hub.
Why pay for US employees when you can use folks overseas and pay them cheap wages?
Who cares if they are under qualified- knowing zero about the business needs, hard to understand and in another time zone? Just continue to drive digital transformation with no decent IT resources/support whatsoever. Go open a ticket, and wait a month for them to close it with no resolve.
Now get back to work!
Couple of folks from HCE let go this week
20-30 engineers in Intelligrated USS Baltimore.
I know of a few SPS and HBT folks let go at a combo site. Still driving SPS into dust.
Nothing major, from what I can understand, but people claim some were let go.
