I know is SPS the plan is to “give” raises upwards of 5%, but freeze them until the company is in better financial shape. So no increases. It’s been discussed many times with the Singapore gang of know nothings.

You will get 4.3% this year at the end of march.
Unless you are a diversity token or mgr favorite then you will get more.
Just the facts.

Smoke and mirrors folks. Boss: Great news, I'm giving you a raise. Me: Great! When do I get it? Boss: Here's the thing, we're having a hard time as a company, so we are going to give you a raise next year if you help meet some unreachable goals. Me: Oh, so nothing this year after inflation and everything else that's happened to me including your sh*ittiest medical deductibles of any large company? Boss: That's right. BTW we're now expecting 80hr work weeks so you can croak trying to reach unachievable goals. Me: See ya!

I got a 7% raise this year. Although I had to leave HON to get it.

The grass really is greener on the other side. HON is really one of the worst out there - and it’s never been worse. Funny watching the talent run out the door though lol.

I have inside news for you, friends. If you're a PM and part of the new GPMO incentive plan which started in early January 2023 (with first payments coming in March 2024 after completing the 2023 year), Honeywell is counting this as your raise in 2023! You read that correctly. No merit increases for PMs in March 2023 for the 2022 year's results because they've implemented a plan that doesn't pay out for another 15 months. Honeywell tries to fu-k us yet again. But rejoice! 2023 is the year of the mass exodus. I along with many others have finally had enough. It's already started. People have already left and January's not even over. Many more will leave. Fu-k Honeywell.

You might be noticed about raise after review and then Honeywell global will inform you how in this difficult financial situation it was decided to cancell raises.

Happened several times already.
