What happened in the germany call after all hands... odd this was not shared with us all ?

It was an German all hands call concerning the works council. Apparently, they have them quite regularly.
Not odd. Typical German favouritism. SAP acts like a global company, but D-User employees always come first. I-Users are second class employees. And C-users are considered dirt.
What does it work out as a %? Layoffs in Germany are very low
The usual lousy budget for raises was announced, and as expected, it remains waaaay below the inflation rate.
