Don't listen to this bullsh-t on March payment as the date. Its the last week of Feb
As a mgr I’ve only heard sometime in Feb we can deliver but most likely not effective until 4/1 as long as they don’t mess with that date again

Feb 9, 2020 - Compensation Statement created, a Sunday
Feb 7 2021 - Compensation Statement created, a Sunday
Feb 6 2022 - Compensation Statement created, a Sunday
If the pattern continues, maybe Feb 5 of 2023 they'll hit the system, but doesn't mean that's when they would be released to us
