UnitedHealth Submission Status

I had an interview last week at UnitedHealth. I checked my "Submission Status" yesterday and it says "We have identified a potential opportunity for you." When I click that link, it goes on to say:

"We have identified a potential opportunity for you
Thank you for submitting your profile to UnitedHealth Group.
We have identified an additional role that aligns with your profile’s interests and qualifications."

The weird thing is, is that it doesn't say what the potential opportunity is. And I haven't received any emails saying I didn't get the job I interviewed for, and no calls or emails offering me a job either.

Any insight as to what this "Submission Status" means?

You really need to reconsider working at UHG. Your raise will be below cost of living in America, less holidays that all other top 20 corporations and PTO is Granted not EARNED so they own you. Slave labor all about money for the master and stockholders.

Why in earth would you want to work here? 2% annual raise, completely unorganized, treat employees like garbage, subpar medical etc

I would suggest the same, contact the recruiter. It’s also possible that the position you applied for is either filled or the requisition was lost (several potential reasons for this) and because you were identified as a fit, talent is “moving” your application to the new/different requisition ID. I had this happen as a hiring manager when my req ID changed due to changing from internal only to external included. If you’d like to share the req, I’d be happy to see if I can find additional info on the internal site. Best of luck!
