can we create a log of salary here? curious what others make. We can go somewhat light on details for anonymity. but perhaps YOE, Grade Level, Salary, Bonus?

Grade Level: 12
Salary: 105K
Bonus: $800
Im in NY.
Location also matters. New York could be making 38% more than Tampa to do the exact same role.
None of that matters. All that could be the same, but a Revenue Generator could be making 4X or 5X what a BAU person makes. What you actually do day to day, for whom, and what business unit you are in, is what drives the numbers.
