Offer based on final interview

How long does it take recruiter to reach regarding offer once final interview is complete? I noticed that Citi recruiter are usually not very responsive.

Move on man. Keep interviewing elsewhere and take the first offer that looks good. If you wait around for Citi they may take weeks to months to get back to you.

While you wait around for Citi, you’ll let other opportunities pass you by. If they don’t see your worth enough to make an offer by now, then that’s their problem.

I have heard of folks getting an offer 1 to 3 days after the final interview.

Ask your recruiter for an update, even if the answer is they don't know. The business could be in a holding pattern so the recruiter has no update for you, because they are not getting one from the hiring team.

Understand and will be patient. The role is with CAO group. If you can let me what id the average time (7 or 14 days) after final round of interview for discussion with HR. TIA

How long it take to get meeting with h/r after your final interview?

After my final interview, I had a meeting with h/r to see if I were still interested in the position. After my interview with h/r, it took about three weeks for an offer to be made.
