Several colleagues of mine at TAC Japan told me that they had an interview with Director of TAC Japan, not with their manager. They were asked to leave or move. Seems the layoff has finally come to Japan. What about you?

Do you get severance if you choose to leave? Is it the talent movement without severance if you leave Cisco which is a rotten push for ceo benefits only?
Leave or move? You Japs have it nice. In the US, you are told your role has been eliminated, you don't to perform your duties anymore. The mgr continues reading the script.
TAC is not healthy anyway.
