I’m noticing a pretty large uptick in people leaving again on my LinkedIn. Guess that new vacation policy wasn’t much of a bandaid. (Yes I know they are saving money with it)

Special purpose machinery for the win! All that will be left after the next wave of people leaving will be the plagerists. Great management prevails again.
Bleeding hasn’t slowed in brcp. A new wave of so folks are leaving.
Im sure hot desking (sorry neighborhood) will help the problem by inspiring and motivating people to leave.
Bad news: All the people that got 1% raises, have been given the signal to resign. Your future is sub inflation pay raises until your ranking improves to above 40%. Also, no more promotions.
Good news: When you interview, former XOM folks are always hired in at 50% at mid point and if you are a good negotiaator you can get to 75%...so it is automatic 20% to 30% raise (espcially if your experience matches what they are looking for).
People keep leaving. Darren Woods and Tracy just can't stop it. The genie is out of the bottle. The employees know and they are leaving. Only managers are trying to stay. Good luck trying to run the refineries and chemical plants with those second tier PowerPoints.
The bleeding has slowed at the downstream sites, but I think more and more don’t see this as a long term career anymore. It’s a hard pill to swallow for those that have been around a while.
Sad situation here in Annandale, still lots running out the door. Can only hope the next PIP finds these upper and middle managers, bunch of 🤡
Attrition was 8% last year for the upstream. And now they want more and more until we break. Greed is good in the eyes of Darren and Tracey. They want you to resign.
That won’t help with the over staff younger generation engaged in friends lunches outside, gym at 9am and constant selfies 🤳around all corners of the beautiful campus. Enjoy your hot desking and RTO 😎
The improved vacay policy will increased retirement eligible folks to leave before the grandfathered provision expires.
