Opex Yellow… Because of High CIP LAST YEAR!

Those of you who saw MW’s scorecard post on “work”place for CIP and saw yellow for opex… you know a main driver of that? It’s because they paid a higher CIP last year compared to plan! Disgusting that is even a factor for the following year CIP. Not advertised!

It's a numbers game. Only 15% have a career where they get a promotion or opportunity to work with higher ups. The rest of us just have a job and nothing more. If you find another job paying more than take it because your "wirth" won't be recognized here.

Remember this. In that case earnings should also be normalized in down years. There should NOT be a double standard. Are the execs LTIP and additional compensation also "normalized"?

MW just got a ~9% raise on top of this.

Right - if you can normalize earnings, you should normalize opex as well.
