Still nothing about bonuses. This is starting to not look good for a bonus payout.

Even management is acting clueless on the bonuses and not able to provide updates. Keep building the culture of they say!

Bonus? They took away poke bowl. It’s over.
It’s sad. The last few years have not been good for pionerf.
PNR has become very toxic over the last few years. I predict a mass exodus after bonus, especially if it’s not full payout. It’s sad that other industries pay as much now as O&G, but at least now there is a way out.
Pay out has been moved to 2nd week of March. Multiplier is still unknown. Board is waiting to see how other EP fair with quarterly earnings.
Independent of performance ranking?
Going forward, bonus amount is specific to the individual contributor.
