@wrs, you simp. I'm sure you're also one of the people who thank the company for your paycut

Vote with your feet if you aren't (ain't in your terms) happy. Walk out the door and don't come back. If you are so under paid than it shouldn't be hard to find the next job. Somebody thought your clown outfit was right for this show. Why should you expect more pay if the company isn't performing well? You expect your share when things are good so why complain about assuming your share when things are bad?

Insights is a joke - a watered down version of focal where everyone gets a participation trophy, regardless of contribution. OKR's is just putting lipstick on the Insights pig - the whole review process is so subjective now that management no longer has the ability to weed out the high performers from the incompetent coasters. All this courtesy of the woke crowd that preaches diversity and inclusion. They considering it "labelling" and "discrimination" to tell anyone (especially female/ URM) that they are underperforming. But hey we are no 1 in diversity in tech. companies - and you can take that to the bank!

Just had an OKR today and I'm graded ahead better than successful. And now with 5% pay cut to reward me. what the f**k. Wasting me time with b.s. OKR.
