LOL - I read this as "what can you do to improve chances" to GET LAID OFF from this company!

Be a manager or branch manager. Production did not matter. My branch manager acted so inappropriately to me and other employees. In 2019 I was in a meeting that included the Maricopa County area manager and expressed my concerns with the branch manager. She defended and found acceptable any actions taken against employees as a reason to “blow off steam.” The branch manager let me know her conversations with her management team, employees that she was trying to rid and Human Resources. There were a couple of decent employees that gave me a heads up regarding this horrible culture. My situation that I came into existed before me as well. Managers that I met with did not know the information that was provided to me.
I took notes because I believed that I was going to be subpoenaed at some point or at least have an HR investigation into the many complaints. Nothing happened. I was one of the first people layed-off, not for production issues or ethical issues or for cause. It was because of what I knew and because I was one of the very few with any guts in this organization.
