Thread regarding Honeywell International Inc. layoffs

HON is not worth your time

At HON, I advanced through the ranks rather quickly. I gave it my all every day, but in my last position, I couldn't get along with a VP who told me directly that I wasn't worth his time to coach/ mentor. The HBT CFO gladly wanted me back, but GL steps in and says that if I want to succeed at HON, I must stick it out in a role that makes me miserable. All while working for VP that doesn't even want me on their team and besides a manipulative coworker.

Leaving HON was the best decision of my life. I am happy and work with some amazing former HON EVPs.

HBT is not the only SBG led by clowns. All of Honeywell management is a clown car. You can't believe that many clowns can fit in one car, but they do! Good luck to all and keep your resume updated friends!

Ya - I left HBT too a couple of years ago. All that we hired were self serving leaders that made it more difficult internally vs actually serving clients. Can you imagine.
