At HON, I advanced through the ranks rather quickly. I gave it my all every day, but in my last position, I couldn't get along with a VP who told me directly that I wasn't worth his time to coach/ mentor. The HBT CFO gladly wanted me back, but GL steps in and says that if I want to succeed at HON, I must stick it out in a role that makes me miserable. All while working for VP that doesn't even want me on their team and besides a manipulative coworker.
Leaving HON was the best decision of my life. I am happy and work with some amazing former HON EVPs.
