Appraisals are not due until end of March. It means nothing if the manager hasn't started yet.
What if appraisals are not completed by a manager for a whole group? Are they going to be completely out? Is this common?
@OP then why are you waisting your time (and ours) here? If you are not worried, than stop reading this site. Simple as that. If you are doing fine, you should be reading a book or mowing the loan or something else useful, instead of writing useless threads and throwing a bunch of useless emojis.
