So, the company loses money for the full year ..... and people still get profit sharing (UAW) or bonuses (Salaried and executives). Wow - talk about the new math that my great depression era parents used to complain about. This is new math on steroids!!!
It must be "real" nice spending your entire career thinking this is a normal business practice. I guess it is normal when your company/industry gets government bailouts, tax free incentives for your customers to buy your products, special tax incentives, etc. I love it when I am at a company dinner/event with Ford people and they complain about welfare, govt debt, illegal aliens and more. I would ask how you people live with yourselves, but I already know the answer -- None of you have a moral compass! Half of you would sale your elderly parents for a dollar!! It isn't just JF, all of you are either incompetent or pond sc-m.
I know all of you geniuses are going to tell me it is about pre-tax, post-tax, EBITA, some other made up financial metric, etc. Sure thing. No wonder the company is a loser with loser products. It is full of losers, not just JF.
I know you all DESERVE a bonus, JUST NOT JF!!!
What happened to the human race??? Obviously, it is not just journalists and politicians who have lost all common sense.
Just leave if your skill set is worth what you say !
It will end up the same as every other year, shaft the salaried workers.
